The 'Goals' database is in Gallery View. Each goal can be summarized with their important properties.
Projects
The 'Projects' database can be viewed in three ways—All Projects, By Time Frame, and By Priority.
Tasks
Tasks are your main action items; thus, they can be viewed in multiple ways. As default, tasks can be viewed with different filters applied, such as Uncompleted, By Area, Due Next 7 Days, Stuck Tasks, By Status, Overdue, and Completed.
Shelf
The 'Shelf' database is very simple as you can see. It has three items—Quick Notes, Notebooks, and Bookmarks; but if you feel like it, you're free to add other categories.
